We offer refund or store credit on full priced items and exchange or store credit on sale items. (Sorry, no exchange on international orders)
- Item must be in the original packaging, tags attached an in its original condition
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense

Australian Return Policy:
Working Bull accepts either refund, exchange or store credit on full priced items. And exchange or store credit on sale items. Items need to be returned to Working Bull in the original plastic packaging, tags attached & in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
NOTE: Shipping cost is non-refundable & return shipping is at the customers expense.
Paid with Afterpay or ZipPay?
The return policy stays exactly the same. If it's for a refund, once the return is processed, Afterpay/ZipPay will cancel the amount off the end of your payments/refund your credit card depending on what you've paid to date.
International Return Policy:

How long will it take?
Please allow 5 business days from your return parcel arriving, for your return to be completed.
How does an exchange work?
Within 5 business days of receiving your parcel we will ship your requested exchange item. Please note we can't 100% guarantee your exchange item will be available, we will try our best, but being a small business we don't hold a lot of stock. From door-to-door an exchange will take a minimum of 1 week. If you need it sooner, or would like to make sure you don't miss out, please purchase the new style & then you can get a refund on your first item
Submitted your return, but didn't receive an approval email/RA#?
Some inboxes mark them as junk so please check your junk mail, or it could have been blocked completely. Your RA# will appear on the above screen once you submit your return, so you can use that and the instructions above. Otherwise just click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this screen & I will help with your return
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is at the customers expense. The RA# is not a "reply paid number". In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items, please click below to Contact Us ASAP so we can fix you up
